Can I view my previous orders from your old site - Pre 1st November 2024 ?
Unfortunately we could not migrate the orders from our old system.
However, we kept a record of all previous orders. So please contact us via the button below listing all email addresses you may have used previously when ordering and we can send you a full report.

How do I login ?
Use the login buttons on our website. Or you can login direct via this link
You will be prompted to enter your email address. If you have an active account, the 6 digit code will arrive in your inbox. Please ensure you also check your junk folder.
If a code doesn't arrive it is likely you don't have an account using the email address you provided or that you only subscribed to our email newsletter using that email.
What are the benefits of registering an account?
- If you register a wholesale account you benefit from lower prices compared to retail/guest orders
- Faster repeat ordering, as your address details are stored on our system. Simply log in when ordering to retrieve your details.
- Member only promotions.
- Ability to view past orders, previous support requests etc.
- Full control over your account details.

What shipping methods are available?
All orders we ship are sent via our specialised transport partner DHL courier. This is a fully trackable service.
How long will it take to get my package?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. During busier periods this might extend to 72 Hours. Once goods are shipped they are sent on a DHL next day service. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Rest assured we always try and delivery orders as soon as is physically possible.
Can we collect our essential oils and other goods in person?
It is not possible to collect your order. We offer a delivery service only.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to transport regulations. We only ship to specific areas within UK mainland. Please check our delivery information page for more information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most popular payment methods. Please check the images at the bottom of every page on our website for current information.
Can I open a credit account on 30 day terms?
We do not offer credit facilities. All orders are paid for at time of ordering.
Do you offer discounts for students or therapists?
Whilst we don't specifically offer discounts directly to any particular group. If you open an instant access wholesale account, you would benefit from lowers prices. (Minimum order rules apply).
In addition if you subscribe to our email newsletter we occasionally run promotions.
Are your essential oils suitable for use in candles, soaps & skin care products?
All essential oils we sell are suitable for use in candles, soaps & skin care products. However, it is the manufacturer/end users responsibility to determine safe inclusion limits and general suitability depending on the intended finished product.
Are your essential oils, raw materials and products organic?
No. Our essential oils are pure and natural but not organic.
Do you manufacture or blend bespoke products on behalf of customers?
We do not currently offer a custom blending service or manufacture bespoke products. We only sell individual raw materials or complete skin care products.
Do you offer a private labelling service or print labels?
We do not offer a private labeling service. We do not print or sell labels. All products we sell are labelled with our EOD brand label.
I manufacture my own products. What data can you provide?
If you order your essential oils and raw materials from us we can provide SDS, SPEC, Allergens Reports, IFRA Statements and Certificate of Analysis to enable you to complete your CPSR (cosmetic product safety report). Please visit our data page accessible via the link in the footer.
CofA are only available on request based on the batch number of the oil you received from us.
The batch number is located on the label and is a 4 or 5 digit number. The data
we provide can only be used in conjunction with products supplied by ourselves.
