Shopping online with Essential Oils Direct is a lot like shopping at a retail store. You browse through our products for the items you'd like. We stock essential oils, carrier oils and a large range of aromatherapy  and complementary health products at wholesale prices.

Once you decide what you would like you put them in your a online shopping basket, and complete your purchase at the checkout area. The only difference is, you can browse our store 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. And unlike a retail store you won't have to look for a parking space or fight your way through crowds of  shoppers. As stated earlier the first thing to do is browse the Essential Oils Direct online shop for the items you'd like. To start browsing click on the "View products" link. As you view each category and its products you'll see the "add to basket" link. Once you've found the first product you'd like, simply add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the "add to basket" link.

Just like in a retail store, the shopping basket is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link on your shopping page. And, just like a retail store, you can always remove items from your basket and put them "back on the shelves".

When you have finished shopping. Click on the "View Basket" link where you can view your basket one final time to check all the products in your basket are correct. Once you've decided upon your selections and checked your basket, you proceed to the final ordering stage by clicking the link "Check Out". 

Registration (which takes only 2 mins) is reccomended to ensure you benefit from all the functions the Essential Oils Direct site has to offer now and in the future. Your information will be saved which means that you won't need to enter your details again if you order from us in the future. In addition by registering you will also benefit from many of our stores additional features and special offers.  You enter your personal information, your name and address, telephone number etc so we know where to send the goods and so that we may contact you in the event of any queries relating to your account.

However should you prefer it is not compulsary to register in order to complete your order

Essential Oils Direct:

Delivery charges vary depending on the amount you spend and also the postcode of the delivery address.

If a delivery charge applies to your order you will be presented with a list of zone options and prices. You simply need to select the zone which applies to your order. If no zone choice is displayed this means your order is free from delivery charges.

If you are unsure which zone you are in. Click the link "Which delivery zone am I in?" which is on the same screen. Full details of our rates are displayed enabling you to select the correct the zone and complete your purchase.

 

Essential Oils Direct - Payment Options:

At this point you must decide upon the payment method.

1). You can pay online by entering your credit card information.  All payments are processed by Sage Pay (previously Protx).

2). We also offer the option to pay by cheque which can be posted to us after completing your order if you choose to have your goods delivered or brought with you if you choose to collect your order. When paying by cheque a cheque guarentee card must be presented if you are collecting your goods.

3). Finally we offer the option to pay by BACS. This means you can set up a direct payment from your bank either online or by telephone banking. Our bank account details and the reference numbers you need are provided on screen after checking out if you choose this option. Once you have set the details up with your bank future payments will be quick and easy using this method.

Our bank accepts "BACS faster payments" which means if your bank also participates funds can be transferred from your bank and received by us the same day. Check with your  bank to see if this is an option (and if any charges apply for using this service)
