Details: It is possible to place your order online and choose collect from our warehouse at the checkout. Goods are usually ready by 9.30am the following day (Monday to Friday only). We send an email when the goods are picked and ready. Please keep an eye out for this as sometimes the email can go into your spam folder. In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after we have received your order. We will contact you to inform you. All in stock items will be delivered as usual. You then have the option of placing the out of stock item on backorder to be delivered at a later date. Alternatively we can refund the monies back onto your payment card.

In compliance with ‘Distance Selling Regulations 2000’ you have the right to cancel/return your order seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received.

Tamper evident or used products: We will accept any item back for a full credit, provided it has not been used. Or in the case of tamper evident products that the seal has not been broken. If a product is faulty on arrival or has been incorrectly supplied it can also be returned for a full refund. If the goods are being returned through no fault of the us (the seller) then the cost of returning the unwanted items must be paid by the buyer. In addition, if a whole order is returned we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the delivery from the refunded amount were applicable. Bespoke products or special orders: In the case of bespoke products/bulk essential oils and goods which have been ordered in specially for a client. These goods are sold on a non-returnable basis unless a special agreement is in place prior to ordering

We also collect a contact telephone number so that we may contact you urgently in the event of any queries relating to an order. One of the optional fields is your birthday. This is an optional field and is collected for the sole purpose of sending out a birthday greetings. We require only the day and month (not the year).
None of the information we collect is passed on to any third parties other than those responsible for delivery of your order. Essential Oils Direct will only use the information provided for its own internal marketing purposes providing you have given us permission to do so. This data will not be shared with any third parties.
