Wholesale/RetailModes explained: On entry to our shop you will by default be in Wholesale mode. Stay in this mode if you intend spending £40.00 or more. If you think your order will be under £40.00 you will need to change to Retail mode and can do this via the view basket link. Please note: If you already have items in your basket the unit price will change to reflect the pricing structure of the mode you are entering. You can swap back and forth between Wholesale & Retail modes at any point during the order process. Shopping. ORDERS MUST BE DELIVERED TO A UK ADDRESS. (Surcharges apply to some remote locations, please click here to see if you are affected.) Prior to entering our shop it is advisable that you register your details so that they are stored within our system. This will enable you to view past orders and products, check the progress of current orders and also speed up the checkout process. If you forget your password or username you can enter your email address into the forgotten your password? form and your details will be sent to your mailbox. We also accept orders from unregistered customers. 2). Product Viewing Options - You have an option at this point to view our product range by category, alphabetically by product or if reordering by viewing a list of previously ordered products. One final option is to use the search form by entering the first 3 or 4 letters of the product you are trying to find. 3). Purchasing - Simply follow the menus and select a product to display size options, prices & information. To purchase a product enter the quantity required and click the "ADD TO BASKET" button. This item will be added to your basket. You can click view basket at any time to view, amend or delete any of the contents. 4). Express Order Form - If you know the product codes of the items you require, a speedier way of processing your order is to use the Express Order form. Checkout - When you are satisfied that your order is correct & complete click on Go to checkout. If you are already logged in your account details will be filled into the form automatically. If the delivery address is the same as the account address, click the same as above button and your details will automatically fill into the form. Otherwise type in an alternative address for delivery to made to. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.If you are not already logged in or registered you will be presented with a few options on how to progress further. Choose an option and follow the on screen menus. 6). Payment - Once the address form is submitted you are given a choice of paying online by credit/debit card or you can print off the order for faxing or posting. If you choose the pay by credit card option you will be taken to World Pay's online payment form. We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch Cards. We accept cheques or postal orders if sending the order by post. This payment form uses state of the art encryption (128 bit) to ensure total security during the payment process. Once the form is submitted and payment is authorised you will receive an on screen order confirmation message. A confirmation will also be sent via email. Please let us know immediately if you need to amend the order in any way. 7). Delivery Info - All orders are usually despatched Monday - Friday within 24 hours of receipt.
