LAST MINUTE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING TIPS

Left your Christmas shopping until the last minute? Too busy to wait in for a delivery?

Are you still looking for those last few stocking fillers but worried you have left it too late?

Please read on........

1) Any online order you place with us today (17th December), Friday or even over the weekend will be shipped out on or before Monday 21st December by next day courier. In fact we will actually be shipping all orders placed before 11.30am on Wednesday 23rd December by the same method. So in effect somebody placing an order next Wednesday could receive a delivery on Christmas Eve.

That said, we strongly advise ordering as early as possible if the order is "mission critical".

2) If you don't want to have to wait in for the delivery. Did you know that we can leave the parcel in your porch, in your back yard/shed or even with a chosen neighbour. Or alternatively you could have the goods sent to a friends address or even delivered to your workplace. Simply make this clear in the forms provided when checking out.

3). If you are based in the North West we have a collection point in Royton (OL2 6DS) and this will be open right up until 7pm on Wednesday 23rd December (please check our home page for up to date collection point opening hours).
If you would rather collect in person, you need to place your order online as usual and then choose "Collect in person from our warehouse" as the "delivery option". You will then receive an email guiding you in to one of our FREE parking spaces.......plus you get the added bonus of not paying any delivery charges!!

We still have plenty of stock of our popular aromatherapy box sets and essential oil oil diffusers. In fact at time of writing we are 99.9% fully stocked across our full range. In any case you will be notified of any out of stock items as you add these to your shopping basket.

So don't forget we are shipping ALL orders placed up to the end of this weekend by next day courier on or before Monday.

Christmas Closure: It has been "all hands to the pump" over the last 2 months to ensure that we have been fully stocked and also to ensure that orders have been despatched promptly. Many thanks to all customers who took the time out to send messages thanking us for our efforts. This does help when we are burning the midnight oil!

We will therefore be closed for a full 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Year period to give everybody a well earned rest. Our sales office and factory will both be closed from Wednesday 23rd at 7pm (collection point) and we will re-open on Thursday 7th January at 10am. The last date/time for ordering for pre-Christmas despatch is 11.30 am on the 23rd December as mentioned above in more detail.

We would further like to take this opportunity to thank everybody for their continued custom throughout the last year.
