Online orders go straight through to our despatch warehouse for instant picking (the majority are picked the same day). On the home page of our site we state the current delivery status. e.g orders placed online before 11.45am will be despatched the same day. Please check this before ordering.

The Essential Oils Direct aromatherapy online ordering system automatically sends a confirmation of the order and payment. You will also receive an email confirming the order has been despatched, by what method and the courier tracking number.

A phone order on the other hand has to be manually processed by our office and therefore delays may occur during busy periods.
